How do I signup my child?

Basketball signups are generally in the month of October.  We send out fliers to the following schools, Joseph Bolger, Caruso, Port Monmouth Road  and St. Ann's.  We also post notices in some of the local stores, the Courier, and of course on our website.

What do I do if I want to Coach?

 You must me 18 years of age older.  Willing to dedicate a little time to the children, promote 
 Team Play and sportsmanship.  Coaches do not have to have children playing in the league.

Who is eligible to play ?

We have three different divisions, Beginners 6,7,8, Juniors 9.10,11, & Seniors 12,13,14.  The 14 yr olds must be in eight grade (8) in order to play.  Boys and Girls play together at the Beginner level.  The junior and senior levels have a boys and girls division.  Girls may play with the boys if they whish.

What is the Jamboree? Offical Jamboree Logo

The Jamboree is the event that is held for all the Beginner players.  It has become a player and coach favorite.  It concludes the season with fun events for the children and all players and coaches receive a free Jamboree tee-shirt.  The players get to play a game against there coaches.

When does the season start and how long is it?

The season starts in January, usually the first Saturday after school opens.  The beginners play only on Saturday between 9am and 3pm.  All these games are at the Caruso School.  The junior and seniors play at the Joseph Bolger School.  The season ends around the second week in April.
