| Gym Rules The schools, which allow us to
run our basketball program, do so without cost to the league. It is our responsibility to
leave the school in the same manner and shape in which we found it. Last season this was a
very difficult process therefore this season we are forced to implement strict rules and
regulations. This will ensure that we continue to have the opportunity to run a Basketball
program. Your cooperation would be greatly appreciated in following the below guidelines.
- Any player who destroys any school property will be suspended for the season. Any
damage sustained to school property will be billed to the players parents.
- All players must stay in the Gymnasium at all times. Any player who is found in a
classroom or in a different part of the school will be suspended from the league.
- The restrooms are open to everyone, however any person found to be creating a mess
or causing damage will be asked to leave the school. Any player who is involved will be
suspended from league play for the season.
- No player is to bring any personal basketballs into the Gymnasium during league
play. Those basketballs will be confiscated by league officials and returned to the player
after the completion of league play. Players who consistently violate this rule can be
suspended from the league.
- There is to be no rollerblading or bike riding anywhere within the school premises.
- There is to be no basketball playing during half time or during a game. Any person
who violates this rule will be asked to leave the premises.
- All food and drinks brought into the Gymnasium must be deposited in the trash bins
and not left in the stands. If this continues to be a problem we will be forced to
restrict food or drinks in the Gymnasium.
- NO Player is to use the locker room facilities. Any player found in the locker
rooms will be suspended from league play.
- Any guests who attend the games must abide by the same rules. Any non-player who
violates these rules will be asked to leave the premises.
